We have your home professionally photographed, write the copy and complete everything Airbnb requires to get your place live. Your listing will  appear under our Superhost account where we have over 1000 five-star reviews.

We determine pricing using specialized software which we monitor closely to make sure your home stays booked and is not underpriced.

We answer all questions from guests prior to booking and arrival. We will troubleshoot any issues that arise with your guests during and after their stay. We will work to get you reimbursed from Airbnb for any damages or additional cleaning. 

We manage all home repairs, maintenance, pest control and snow removal which you pay for at cost.

We schedule, manage and pay for cleanings with the cleaning fee we collect from guests. We make sure your home is stocked with all the necessary supplies to keep guests happy. You pay for these supplies at cost.

We collect the Transient Occupancy Taxes and make these payments on your behalf to Placer County and the Town of Truckee.

We market the Property through platforms including Zillow and Facebook Marketplace.

We screen prospective tenants, including consideration of criminal history, financial qualifications, rental history, and general character.

We provide Owner with relevant prospective tenant information so that Owner may review the applicant and participate in determining whether the applicant is an appropriate tenant.

We prepare the applicable lease agreement for execution by Owner and tenant.

We coordinate communications with prospective and approved tenants.

We manage all home repairs, cleanings, maintenance, pest control and snow removal which you pay for at cost.

We conduct property inspections before move-in and after move-out to document the condition of the home and deduct damages from the deposit

25% for stays less then 31 days
20% for stays 31 days to 6 months
15% for stays over 6 months with a $500 tenant placement fee
